Jennifer Ohlson, Chief Sommelier
Jennifer Ohlson is a graduate of Cornell University, Princeton University and the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Jennifer’s career achievments include a position as director at a leading liquor chain in Dallas, and a rewarding and enriching position as Food and Beverage Manager and sommelier at the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. Jennifer also consults with national auction houses on wine sales, and has many clients that benefit from her personalized approach to wine consulting.
