We ship Monday through Friday using DHL, UPS, Federal Express or USPS depending on the season, available rates, and preferences of our customers.  Orders placed during the summer or going to warmer climates will require additional insulation and packaging; which will increase the cost of shipping. We discourage shipping during August.  This is Texas, y’all.

Items ordered after 12:00 pm for immediate delivery will ship the following business day, while scheduled orders will ship on the day specified except during holidays, when it will ship the following business day.  Customers will be notified when their order has been shipped.

Depending on the delivery method, orders should arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipment.
